3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in QualyTrax, its interface, and its content (excluding user-uploaded content) remain the property of the provider.

QualyTrax provides quality control charts, measurement summaries, templates, and reports for analysis and operational planning. These outputs are supplied "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Insights, charts, and measurement distributions are estimates only and do not guarantee actual product quality, compliance, certification, audit results, or production outcomes. Final decisions must be based on your own verification, on-site measurement, and established quality assurance procedures.

Actual results may vary depending on measurement accuracy, inspection methods, hardware configuration, material quality, supplier performance, and other operational conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QualyTrax is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss.
